Rise. Align. Decide.
I accompany decision-makers, physicians, and coaches through crises, conflicts, and complex decision-making phases – with medical precision, depth of insight into inner dynamics, and entrepreneurial clarity.
Together, we expand your scope for action so that resilient and future-proof decisions become possible again: ethically coherent and strategically and economically realistic – even under pressure, amid contradictions, and in the face of present-day complexity.
Serious, clear, and constructive, so that ambiguity becomes discussable.

I clarify roles, loyalties, patterns, and decision-making logics. In sparring at eye level, I work precisely, discreetly, and reliably. My perspective is shaped by leadership experience in high-pressure systems, my own entrepreneurial practice, and Cognitive Systemics.

Leadership Sparring
Individual Session
For all decision-making, conflict, or high-pressure situations in which you need a professional counterpart on equal footing.
What It’s About
In individual sessions, the focus is on regaining agency and broadening perspective through a new lens. Internal and external dynamics are brought into order, blind spots are identified and analysed. Together, complexity becomes tangible; expanded spaces for thought and decision-making are concretely developed, and the next steps in development emerge – human, sustainable, actionable, innovative, without detours.
More clarity, greater capacity to steer, a next step that truly holds.
Typical occasions
Complex decisions under high pressure
Conflicts at the leadership or systemic level
Role ambiguity, conflicts of loyalty, boundary questions
Inner fatigue despite outward functionality
Framework
On-site in Hamburg, online, or at your premises (by arrangement).

Intensive Package
3 sessions
Clarify. Uplift. Align.
For phases of life in which the issue is not a single question or blockage, but profound transformation. When complexity increases and decisions must not only be made, but also carried and implemented in the medium and long term.
What It’s About
Across three sessions, we clarify the situation, the bottleneck, and the desired target picture. We stabilize the inner position from which you lead: role logic, loyalties, patterns, and decision-making principles. In the final step, we align decision-making and implementation so that they work in everyday practice – priorities are set, boundaries are articulated and upheld, communication can operate at a new level, and next steps are planned.
The goal is not short-term relief, but a tangible shift in presence, clarity, and effectiveness: so that leadership under pressure not only functions, but remains internally clear, coherent, and human. We expand your space for thinking and decision-making – creating value for you and your environment.
A professional space for reflection and development for people in positions of high interpersonal responsibility.
Typical occasions
Personal or professional transition situations or strategic realignments
Role changes or new positions of responsibility
Recurrent and disruptive patterns of conflict or questions of loyalty
Phases in which one’s own, outdated strategies no longer hold up and are no longer effective
Framework
On-site in Hamburg, online, or at your premises (by arrangement).

Supervision & Reflective Practice for Coaches
Self-Experience
For coaches who understand their work as professional relational work and want to continuously improve it—and who are looking for a counterpart that combines professional precision, depth, and clear framing.
What It’s About
We work on two interconnected levels:
Supervision: clarification of mandate, relationship, dynamics, and intervention – with an eye to impact, ethics, and professional boundaries.
Reflective Practice (self-exploration): structured self-reflection and enhancement of self-competence wherever your own challenging inner processes might interfere with parts of your coaching processes.
It is a matter close to my heart to further develop coaching as a forward-looking profession:
Through the future establishment of mandatory supervision and self-exploration as a quality standard for professional relational work – beyond methodological fashions and optimisation logic.
Typical occasions
Complex cases in which things get “stuck” or threaten to tip despite professional handling
Questions of roles and boundaries (proximity/distance, loyalties, responsibility, ethics)
Resonance phenomena in the process: irritation, anger, rescue impulses, withdrawal, entanglement
Desire for a continuous space for quality rather than sporadic case discussions
Further development of one’s own coach personality: style, stance, positioning, effectiveness
Framework
Available on an ongoing basis – as a single session or at an individually tailored frequency.
On-site in Hamburg, online, or at your premises (by arrangement).
How I work

What interests me first is what is actually at work internally. Which patterns of thought steer decisions, which loyalties bind, whether unresolved inner conflicts are holding things back. Only then does new thinking have a chance to unfold.

Contradictions and tensions are endured and not smoothed over. Clarity and doubt, responsibility and exhaustion, closeness and distance. It is in accepting this simultaneity that inner strength emerges, from which stance and leadership become possible—without losing oneself. Tolerance for ambiguity here acts as a factor of resilience.

I combine medical precision, psychodynamic depth, and entrepreneurial reality. From different perspectives, I understand what is happening internally and externally and make it available—we transform it together so that depth of insight and regained capacity for action can take effect. In all contexts.

On equal footing and as peers. I know responsibility, leadership complexity, and crises with often far-reaching consequences from my own medical and entrepreneurial practice, and I share my broad perspective on the world.
Precise, reliable, discreet, attentive, and humorous.
Who I’m here for
Decision-makers
I work with decision-makers who possess deep professional and human expertise in highly dynamic systems and who realize that, in the face of rapidly increasing complexity, competence and outward strength alone are no longer enough. And that a counterpart is missing.

Physicians
I work with physicians in leadership roles or with responsibility for their practices, who operate between clinical standards, economic realities, and a profound human responsibility. Highly accomplished in their field and exceptionally resilient – yet increasingly under significant pressure from systems that leave little room for conviction, doubt, reflection, or dialogue.
Coaches
I work with coaches who hold themselves to exceptionally high standards in their own professional expertise—and who do not mistake professionalism for a broad range of methods. With people who take coaching seriously as a forward-looking, professional relational practice, and who are prepared to clarify their own role, resonance, and boundaries in a way that ensures quality remains stable and at the highest professional level, even in difficult processes.

When pressure, contradictions, and the density of expectations increase, our field of vision narrows. Good options can no longer be developed. Leadership and self-leadership then become more difficult not because you are less capable — but because the inner compass is strengthened
to want to remain capable of action and healthy. I offer professional sparring on equal footing, where everything can be discussed: leadership, responsibility, overload, ambivalence — without judgment, without role play.
About me
I am a medical specialist, entrepreneur
and coach.
I know responsibility not only from accompanying others, but from my own leadership and organizational-building practice – where decisions have real consequences and there were often no simple solutions, or will be none.
I work with seriousness and depth in the matter, yet lightly and in strong connection in contact. I hold relationship and constructive confrontation at the same time – so that even difficult matters can become discussable and thus open to change.

Why I do what I do
Observation
I have had to learn in high-pressure systems what constant external and internal demands can do to people. Many decision-makers appear composed and self-assured on the outside – yet internally they are under massive pressure from expectations, smoldering conflicts, rigid, often backward-looking structures, and real consequences that usually feel threatening.
In such phases, leadership and self-management often tip into a tragic survival logic and an aggressive or defensive narrowing of perception and decision-making capacity. Professional expertise and high resilience are then no longer sufficient on their own for sound and sustainable solutions. Decisions that must be made from this mental mode are often marked by typical patterns: blind activism instead of constructive, composed planning and prioritization, micromanagement instead of prudent and trust-based steering, conflict avoidance or withdrawal instead of professional clarification.
I know this narrowing not only from observing others, but from my own experience: when the space of possibilities becomes narrow, responsibility quickly feels like a lack of alternatives. It was precisely in such moments that I would once have wished for a counterpart who would at the same time stabilize, confront, and remind me of my own responsibility for my personal development space – so that thinking can expand again and decisions become possible from conviction, not from reflex.

Insight
In these moments, it is not about new methods or better optimization tools.
It is about a fair and appreciative view of oneself and one’s own performance. It is about regaining curiosity and a sense of adventure, and the confidence to be able to find creative, innovative solutions. It is about placing the well-being of all at the center. About the capacity to lead oneself before leading others. About a mature, adult stance even in uncertainty – and about an inner security that holds even when the storm is at its fiercest.
I do not optimize exhausted systems – I restore mental decision-making capacity.
Attitude
I do what I do because I firmly believe that responsible leadership begins within. And then succeeds outwardly as well.
Because people who are prepared to meet themselves honestly and fearlessly lead more effectively, more clearly, and more humanely. And thus more future-ready.
For this, I create spaces for development — calm, committed, and on equal footing.
